They spend most of their day in their “bowl house”, they eat lots of fresh vegetables, they usually have a nap around noon and they occasionally squeal! These are just a few of the things that our class guinea pigs are up to on a typical day.
Our new friends remain nameless. We will be deciding as a class on some names this week. These critters are a lot of work! If you would like to help me out with caring for these animals I could use donations of fresh fruit or veggies. Also, they really enjoy eating something called Timothy Hay (available to buy at pet stores). They make their cage quite dirty and stinky (if you know what I mean) so I’m trying to clean it out a few times a week.
Tomorrow is our field trip to the pumpkin patch. We will also be visiting the library in the morning.
Please send in a small object for your child to use on our French speaking reward chart as soon as possible.
